As with the Shiraz, the Sticks range are a bit more elegant than the Bricks. This wine is a 70-30 blend of Chris Wall’s Cabernet and Cargo Roads Merlot. These two great vineyards team up to make our mid range Cab Merlot.

The addition of the Merlot gives flesh to the structure of the Cabernet. The wine was matured in 2 year old French and American oak hogsheads for a year prior to blending and bottling.

There is beautiful clean mint and berry characters on the nose while the palate is generous and long. A very appealing wine which has a good life ahead of it.
