Quite simply this is the biggest and the best Shiraz we have made. Two old McLaren vale Shiraz vineyards were blended together to make this wine in a 2:1 ratio. The wines were aged for a year in brand new American oak hogsheads. Just gorgeous, all mocha coffee and chocolate, but still balanced.
