This is fun! This is a lighter bodied sweet red designed to be served chilled.

The grapes were cold soaked then fermented cold in order to keep the wine from becoming gripping. The fermentation was then arrested by using a combination of cooling and filtration. The resulting wine is a vibrant ruby colour, with a nose of
tinned pears and berries.

The palate is silky smooth with riper berry characters and a sweet fullness.
This is not an aging wine, this is a wine designed to be drunk on the way back to the car. It’s low alcohol and doesn’t put up much of a fight on the way down. My mum is going to go through cases of it.
