This is a great vineyard. This Hunter grown Chardonnay is off one of the regions older vineyards and produces quality, intensely flavoured grapes year after year. This allows us to ferment the wines in a significant percentage of new French oak, yet still produce a Chardonnay which is fruit driven, not oak dominated.

They also age beautifully.

The 2009 shows tinned pineapple, peach and nectarine flavours supported by Vanillan French oak.
