This is the second Big Pig Shiraz, the first was 2008. Club members who saw the 2008 will know what they are in for. This is one of the biggest wines in the world. Just like the 2008, the wine is made from McLaren Vale Shiraz. Quite simply this is the biggest and the best Shiraz we have made. The wines were aged for a year in brand new American oak hogsheads. Just gorgeous, all mocha coffee and chocolate, 17% but still balanced.
