Rose’ makes a return to Piggs Peake after an absence of a few years. This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the famous Cargo Road Vineyards in Orange. 2011 was a long, cold season in Orange and this has pushed the Cabernet into a flavour spectrum reminiscent of its mum, Sauvignon Blanc.

A medley of fruits can be found on the nose, noticeably passionfruit. It is a savoury wine, onion skinned in colour which finishes dry.
