A new addition to the range. Hurrah! Chenin has its traditional home up in the North of France. It is a variety renowned for having high levels of natural acidity. As a result, it lends itself to a range of styles such as Sparkling, off-dry white and dessert.

To put the toe in the water we have made an off-dry style, with the idea being the sugar left in the wine adds weight to the palate while the screamingly high acid assures a clean finish.

The nose and the palate share limey/floral notes. This is a great wine to enjoy with foods that contain hot and spicy elements.

It will age well, but really, why wait.
