Pigbrusco fans will know this wine well, but I keep tinkering with it. The current version is a three way blend of Chambourcin, Shiraz and Black Muscat. The colour is intensely red due to the Chambourcin, while the Muscat gives a pink musk stick character to the nose which I love.

It is noticeably sweet. Serve chilled and drink when ever suits.
