My first year at Piggs Peake was 2003. It was early days and I was trialling all sorts of things to see what direction the company should go in. One of the things I made was a fortified Verdelho. I tried making it two ways. One quite laborious and one quite simple. The simple one went on sale in April 2003.

I’ve just finished the laborious one!

And so, in mid July 2010 we will release a fortified Verdelho just for the Swines to enjoy. Thankyou for your patience while I finished it off.
